We can all be proud: Bill S-5, which amends CEPA, is before the ENVI committee in the House of Commons where it will be studied and amendments may be made, before returning to the House for the final vote!
But the bill needs to be significantly strengthened before it is passed!
Our mobilization work in Quebec is more essential than ever and there is a final push to make.
